摘要
针对工业上现代机电设备广泛采用的主从式同步运动控制器不能解决任意轴负载变化对同步性能的干扰等问题。在CAN总线基础上,采用虚轴法的同步控制策略,设计了一个网络化、开放式的多轴同步运动控制系统。使用专用运动控制芯片LM628作为电机的运动控制器,简化了系统的软硬件设计。实验结果证明该方法可解决多电机在运动中出现负载扰动时如何保持同步的问题。
Aiming at the situation that the master-slave motion controller widely used in industry can not solve synchronous interference problems of any axis load change in the modern electromechanical devices. Based on the CAN bus, the virtual line-shaft control method was adopted, a network-based and open-ended multi-axis synchronized motion control system was designed. Synchronously, a dedicated motion control chip LM628 was used as a motion controller, the hard-software design of the system was simplified. The results indicate that this method can solve the synchronization problem when any load disturbance appears in the system.
