摘要
为研究钢带张力控制系统在不同带材加工过程中的稳定性与准确性,首先建立了钢带张力系统数学模型;然后采用Matlab软件对某钢带张力控制系统在两种不同带材加工过程中的稳定性与准确性进行了计算与分析;最后,得出了在设计中应使用最小刚度的带材对系统进行稳定性与准确性分析。研究结果为进一步进行钢带张力控制系统优化设计奠定了基础。
For the numerical study of the stability and accuracy of the strip tension control system under processing of different strips, the mathematical model was firstly investigated by using Matlab software. The details about the stability and accuracy of the strip's tension control system while processing two different strips were reported, and strip of minimum stiffness was used in stability and accuracy analysis in the design. The research lays the foundation for the further optimization of the strip's tension control system.
