轮胎胶囊硫化机主从控制系统开发

Research on master-slave mode for tyre capsule vulcanizer

为实现对轮胎胶囊硫化机的工作过程的控制,采用组态软件和三菱FX2N系列PLC组成上、下位机系统,PLC作为下位机对轮胎胶囊硫化机的工作顺序实现控制,利用组态软件对胶囊硫化机的工作状态实行实时监控,实现数据动态显示、存储、报表等功能。研究结果表明,系统界面友好,操作方便,便于自动化管理,满足了生产需要,提高了轮胎胶囊的质量。

Aiming at realizing monitoring of tyre capsule vulcanizer operating process, a master-slave control system was composed of configuration software and Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC. PLC was taken as lower machine to operating process of tyre capsule vulcanizer. Configuration software monitored the running state of tyre capsule vulcanizer real-timely, showed data in real time and recorded data in upper machine. The test results indicate that the system with friendly interface can be operated conveniently for automation management, and increase the tyre capsule quality successfully for production requirement.
