摘要
针对系列化的产品研发,变量化设计具有保留和凝结企业已有的产品研发知识和经验、缩短研发周期等优点,在基于三维CAD软件Solid Edge环境下,采用二次开发技术和变量表实现了变量化设计,并利用变量化设计技术,以V isual Basic为开发工具,实现了模型的变型设计。研究结果表明,变量化设计的应用减少了设计过程中不必要的人机交互操作,为CAD技术的发展提供了更大的空间和机遇。
Aiming at the advantages of parameterization design in serialized product research and development, such as retained and congealed existing product's research and knowledge, shorten the research cycle and so on, based on Solid Edge, the second development technology and variable tables was adopted to implement parameterization design. And based on Visual Basic exploitation tool, this technology was used to implement models' transformation design. The results indicate that, the application of parameterization design reduces unnecessary human-computer interaction operation in the process of design, offers more space and opportunity for CAD technology development.
