摘要
钢帘线是轮胎的重要组成部分,其质量直接影响着轮胎质量。TB6型钢帘线拉丝机控制系统,采用可编程序控制器(PLC)作主控制器,双变频器(VVVF)驱动实现恒张力控制。经实际使用,拉制的钢帘线直径均匀,收线端面平整,系统运行稳定,生产效率高。
The steel type cord forms the essential part of tire, the quality of which has a direct impact on the quality of tire. The control system for steel type cord drawing machine of TB6 is to achieve the control to constant tension and electromotor for wire arranging by making use of PLC as the main controller in electrical control system and by means of VVVF （dual-frequency converter） to drive. The steel type cord drawing from the specific designed machine is superior in uniform diameter and smooth cutting. And the system is stable in operation and efficient in production.
