羧基功能化离子液体催化合成1,5-苯并二氮衍生物 被引量:1

Catalytic Synthesis of 1,5-Benzodiazepine Derivative by Carboxyl-functionalized Ionic Liquid

摘要 在无溶剂条件下,以邻苯二胺和丙酮为原料,羧基功能化离子液体CmmimBF4(IL)为催化剂,合成了1,5-苯并二氮衍生物(2),其结构经1H NMR和IR表征。在IL用量为10mol%,于40℃反应1.5h的条件下,2的产率达93%。IL无需再生处理,可连续循环使用5次,且活性无明显下降。 Using a carboxyl-functionalized ionic liquid[ CmmimBF4 (IL)] as a novel reusable catalyst, 1,5-benzodiazepine derivative (2) was synthesized by the condensation of o-phenylenediamine with acetone in the absence of solvent. The yield of 2 was 93% at the reaction conditions of 10 mol% IL and at 40 ℃ for 1.5 h. IL can be reused five times continuously without a significant decrease in activity. The structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR.
