试论宁夏回族面对的族际关系的多样性和应对性

Discussion of Hui Nationality in Ningxia Facing with Diversity and Response of Relationship between Nationalities

回族因在中国的广泛分布而决定了与其他的广泛接触,在接触过程中有许多因素会对民族关系产生影响。本文通过对宁夏回族发展过程中与国家政权、汉族文化、其他少数民族文化的接触以及民族内部不同区域、不同教派群体相处过程中的影响因素的分析;提出了民族之间和民族内部和谐相处的建议和对策——包括提高民族素质、增强公民意识;树立待人如己,互相尊重的文化态度;坚持理性信仰、求同存异的精神等。

The wide distribution of Hui nationality in China decides that it has extensive contact with other nationalities. However, there are many factors influencing nation relationships in the contacting process. Through analysing the contact of Hui nationality in Ningxia during its development with state political power, Han and other nationalities＇ culture ,and that of influencing factors in the contacting process of different areas and sects of internal nations, suggestions and countermeasures about harmonious contacting between different nations and internal nations have been proposed in this paper. It includes these aspects： to improve national quality, to enhance civic consciousness; to set up the cultural attitude of ＂ Treat people as yourself and Treat each other with respect＂; to adhere to spirit of rational belief and overcoming differences and seeking common ground, etc.
