复合维生素B混合液联合金因肽治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的效果及护理

目的探讨复合维生素B混合液联合金因肽治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的效果及总结护理要点。方法将80例肿瘤放疗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用自制复合维生素B混合液含服,配合用金因肽喷于口腔溃疡处,4次/d。对照组按常规漱口后,喷金因肽于口腔溃疡处,4次/d,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者口腔溃疡愈合时间较对照组患者短,疗效优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用复合维生素B混合液含服联合金因肽喷剂治疗放疗引起的口腔黏膜炎,能明显缩短患者溃疡愈合时间,减轻患者的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis treatment and to summarize the nursing points. Methods Eighty patients who received radiation therapy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group used home-made mixture of sublingual B complex with gold peptide sprayed to ulcers in the mouth, 4 times/d. The control group after conventional mouthwash, gold peptides sprayed in the oral ulcer, 4 times/d. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group of patients with oral ulcer had shorter healing time than the control group, with more effectiveness than the control group. The differences were significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Application of mixture of Vitamin B complex with sublingual spray peptide to the treatment of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis, can significantly shorten the healing time of ulcers and reduce the suffering of patients.
