连续性排班模式对护理工作满意度的影响

Effect of the continuous shift arrangement mode on patients′ satisfaction degree

目的探讨连续性排班模式对护理工作满意度的影响。方法实施连续性排班模式,并调查实施连续性排班模式前后患者满意度、病区健康教育完成情况。结果实施连续性排班模式后患者满意度、病区健康教育完成率较实施前有较大的提高,两组比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论连续性排班模式使护理人力资源的使用更科学合理,有利于护理服务和护理质量的提高。

Objective To discuss the influencing effect of the continuous shift arrangement mode on patients＇ satisfaction degree. Method The continuous shift arrangement mode was practiced, and then the satisfaction degree of the patients as well as the fulfillment of the health education before and after the implementation of the continuous shift arrangement mode was investigated. Results Patients＇ satisfaction degree and the fulfillment ratio of health education improved significantly after the implementation of the shift arrangement mode. By comparing the data before and after the practice of the mode, we found that the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The continuous shift arrangement mode enables the use of the nursing manpower resource more scientific and reasonable, and is beneficial to the improvement of the nursing service and quality.
