目标教学在护生高级责任护士实习阶段中的应用

目的探讨目标教学在护生高级责任护士实习阶段中的应用方法和效果。方法对68名在本科室实习的进入高级责任护士阶段的护生实施分层次目标教学。结果护生的出科理论、操作和综合技能的考核成绩优良率均在92.6%以上。结论在护生高级责任护士实习阶段的护理教学中采用目标教学可提高护生的实习质量及护生对教学的满意度。

Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of stage-by-stage target teaching in nursing teaching for primary nurses. Method Stage-by-stage target teaching was practiced in nursing teaching for 68 primary nurses. Result The nurses＇ excellence rates were over 92.6% in the test of theories, manipulation and comprehensive techniques. Conclusion Stage-by-stage target teaching can improve the nurses＇ practice quality and their satisfaction degree in nursing teaching.
