摘要
目的观察手法治疗紧张型头痛的效果。方法将479例符合ICHD-Ⅱ诊断标准的紧张型头痛患者随机分成2组:对照组给予基础药物治疗,治疗组给予基础药物治疗的同时联合手法治疗。结果治疗组总有效率98.78%,对照组总有效率52.99%,2组总有效率比较有显著性差异。结论手法治疗紧张型头痛疗效较好。
Objective It is to observe the effect of manipulation therapy for tension-type headache.Methods 479 cases of patients consisted with tension-type headache on the ICHD-Ⅱ diagnostic code were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group was given basal pharmacotherapy,treatment group was given basal pharmacotherapy and manipulation therapy.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 98.78%,and the rate of control group was 52.99%.Compared with each other,the difference in the rate was significant. Conclusion Manipulation therapy-is an effective therapeutic method for ten-sion-type headache.
