摘要 给出了金属液充型和凝固过程数值模拟的数学模型及其求解方法,利用模拟软件MAGMA,模拟出硬盘座压铸成形过程的速度场、温度场和压力场,分析出硬盘座产品在压铸生产过程中产生缩孔和气孔的原因。经过模拟优化,提出了解决缺陷的方法。与实际生产对比,模拟结果准确,优化方案可行。 Mathematical model and its solved method for liquid filling and solidification simulation were presented.Based on the mathematical model and its solved method,velocity field,temperature field and pressure field of hard disk base during die casting were visualized by the Magma software.Combined with simulated result,the origination of shrinkage porosity and gas hole in the hard disk base was described.Through simulation optimization,the method eliminating defects was presented.Practical production verifies that the simulated results are desirable and optimized result is feasible.
