析出相对3003铝箔再结晶组织的影响 被引量:10

摘要 借助于光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等研究了在不同退火温度和保温时间下,3003热轧铝箔的第二相颗粒尺寸对再结晶组织的影响。结果表明,3003铝箔再结晶晶粒尺寸随退火温度的升高而减小;在同一温度下保温至16h,再结晶晶粒尺寸没有明显粗化。借助于晶粒促进形核(PSN)理论从第二相的尺寸因素对此给出了解释,提供了细化再结晶组织的一种思路。 Effects of size of secondary phase particles on recrystallized structure in 3003 hot rolled aluminum foil were investigated by OM(optical microscope) and SEM(scanning electron microscope) and TEM(transmission electron microscope) at different annealed temperature and holding time.It is found that recrystallized grain size in the 3003 aluminum foil is decreased with increasing in annealed temperature.At a given annealed temperature,the recrytsallized grain size is nearly independent of the holding time when it is below 16 hours.An explanation was presented with the help of secondary phase size from the mechanism of particle stimulated nucleation,and it also provided a way to refine recrystallized structure.
