不同氧化物对钛-铝系原位合成Al_2O_3晶须的影响

摘要 以钛粉、铝粉为基本原料,并分别添加两种氧化物通过原位反应在钛-铝基内合成Al2O3晶须;采用XRD和SEM等手段研究了不同氧化物对原位合成Al2O3晶须的影响。结果表明:添加Nb2O5后所得的晶须短而粗,约在1 100℃才能形成大量的晶须;添加TiO2后,约在890℃便可以原位合成大量的晶须,晶须长而直,表面光滑,长径比较好,但当温度过高(1 040℃)时,形成了粗糙的不规则柱状粗纤维。 Al2O3 whiskers in Ti-Al matrix were successfully synthesized by in situ reaction using Ti powders and Al powders as raw materials doped with two kinds of oxide additives. The effects of different oxides on the insitu synthesis of Al2O3 whiskers was studied by using XRD and SEM. The results indicate that the whiskers were short and rough when Nb2O5 was added, a large number of whiskers appeared after syntheiszed at 1 100 ℃. When TiO2 was used as additive, after synthesized at 890 ℃, more and more longer and straighter whiskers having good slenderness ratio were formed. If the temperature was higher (1 040 ℃), irregular columnar fibres with rough surface were formed.
