摘要
本文研究了S异步恒延伸轧制时产品力学性能与速比、轧制压力的关系。从宏观的运动学、力学条件以及微观的组织结构上,分析了剪切变形对异步轧制产品力学性能的影响。给出了S异步轧制条件下,利用轧制压力和速比,控制产品力学性能的基本方法。
This article deals with the relationship between the mechanical properties of the products andthe proportion of velocity and the rolling pressure as well during the S asynchronous rolling ofconstant elongation. The authors have analysed the affect of shear strain on the mechanical pro-perties of products of the asynchronous rolling on the basis of the kinematic and mechanical con-ditions and microstructures. In conclusion, the authors have given a basic method controlling themechanical properties of the products by means of controlling the proportion of velocity and therolling pressure under the conditions of the S asynchronous rolling.
