铁路网络信号技术体系的研究

Research on Railway Networking Signalling Technology System

从我国铁路信号技术目前的发展状况和我国铁路信息化推进的现状出发，阐明了笔者对“铁路网络信号技术”，这一新概念的认识和观点，认为在当今全球信息化浪潮中铁路信号技术正面临着重大历史性的转变，铁路信号在铁路信息化进程中承担着铁路信息神经中枢的作用。提出了对我国传统铁路信号技术体系进行变革的现实意义，并对确立新的“铁路网络信号技术”体系的关键问题和核心技术进行了探讨。

Based on the current status of development of railway signalling technology in China and informationization process of the Chinese railway,in this paper the authors put forward some view points about and their understanding of a new concept 'Railway Networking Signalling Technology'.It is pointed out that railway signalling technology is facing significant historical changes in the wake of the global informationization trend and that railway signalling is playing the role of railway information nerve center in the railway informationization process.The significance of renovating China′s traditional railway signalling technology is addressed in this paper. In addition, this paper also discusses some crucial problems and core techniques relevant to establishing a new Railway Networking Signalling Technology System in China.
