2009美国预防服务工作组关于阿司匹林用于心血管疾病预防的最新建议简介
摘要
心血管疾病是美国首位死亡原因，2002年美国预防服务工作组（USPSTF）明确推荐阿司匹林用于冠心病的预防，2009年USPSTF回顾了近年发表的新文献，颁布了新的建议书，主要是阿司匹林应用于心、脑血管疾病（包括心肌梗死和脑卒中）预防可能的获益与风险，并按性别予以不同建议。当前我国人民生活条件的改善和生活方式的转变，
