改善血糖漂移对老年2型糖尿病患者内皮素和-氧化氮的影响 被引量:3

摘要 内皮细胞是重要的分泌器官,内皮素和一氧化氮(NO)是内皮细胞分泌的一对最强的血管收缩和舒张因子,他们相互影响,相互制约,共同维持血管的正常收缩和舒张功能。当血液中NO减少或内皮素异常增加,即打破了二者之间的相对平衡,引起内皮功能紊乱。我们应用动态血糖监测(CGMS)了解老年2型糖尿病患者血糖漂移状况,并观察减轻血糖漂移后上述指标的变化,从而探讨血糖漂移对血管内皮细胞功能的影响。
