话音压缩/扩展技术在数话兼容无线列调系统中的应用

The Application of Voice Compression/Expansion Technology in Data/Voice Compatible Radio Train Dispatch Communication System

阐述了新型数话兼容列车无线调度通信系统的关键技术——数话同传和话音压缩／扩展，比较分析了几种数字编码方式，着重论述了连续可变斜率增量调制（ＣＶＳＤ）编码方式的原理、性能、编解码过程及在本系统中的应用。

This paper decribes the key technology of Data/Voice Compatible Radio Train Dispatch Communication System,i.e. Data/Voice Simultaneous Transmission and Voice Compression/expansion.It compares and analyses several encoding methods,with emphasis on the theory, performance,and encoding/decoding methods of Continuously Variable Slope Delta(CVSD) method.As well as the appleation of the anethod to this system.
