摘要 利用QTM—970图象分析仪研究了Ca/S和锻压比对5NiSCa钢中硫化物形态、大小及分布的影响。在锻压比(H)一定时,Ca/S对硫化物形态(L/B)的影响,符合L/B=M·e^(-N·Ca/S) 。随着Ca/S增加,硫化物形态改善。但Ca/S对硫化物大小几乎无影响。适当加大锻压比,有助于硫化物形态的改善及其细化。 Image Analyzer QTM-970 was used to study the effects of Ca/S and reduction ratio on theshape size and distribution of sulfides in 5NiSCa steel. The results show that when the reduc-tion ratio H is a constant, the relation between L/B and Ca/S may be expressed as L/B=M·e^(-N·Ca/S)Aa Ca/S increases, the shape of the sulfides is improve0. Ca/S has little influence on the size ofthe sulfides and the increase of reduction ratio is helpful to the improvement of the shape sizeand the size of sulfides.
