车身概念设计阶段CAE分析的肋筋等效模型

Rib equivalence model of CAE analysis in car body concept design phase

提出了一种基于梁单元刚度等效原理的肋筋等效模型。通过详细模型和等效模型的对比分析,对等效模型的精度进行了修正,并设计了一组实验,验证了等效模型的合理性。为进一步改善概念设计阶段车身CAE的精度和有效性提供了重要参考。

A rib equivalence model was proposed based on the equavalence theory of the bas element stiffness.Through a contrast analysis between the equivalence model and the traditional detailed model,the accuracy of the equivalence model was improved.A group of experiments was designed and performed to validate the equivalence model.The result provides a reference for the improving the accuracy and the effectiveness of CAE in the car body concept disign phase.
