无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理

目的探讨无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者的护理特点。方法对28例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者使用无创正压通气治疗的效果与临床护理进行总结和分析。结果由于治疗前做好心理护理,治疗中密切观察患者气道反应和舒适情况,给予对应的护理措施及营养支持疗法等,有89.3%患者经无创正压通气治疗后呼吸明显改善、心率减慢。结论无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭效果好,护理要全面、多方位、严密周到才是治疗成功的重要保证。

Objective To explore the nursing characteristic of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for treating the patients who suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD） complicated with respiratory failure. Methods 28 patients who suffered from COPD complicated with respiratory failure were treated by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation. The therapeutic efficacy and the nursing characteristic were summarized and analyzed. Results We performed mental nursing to the patients before treatment. During treating course, we observed the patient＇s airway reactions and comfortable states carefully. We also performed corresponding nursing and nutritional support to the patients. After treated by non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, there were 89.3% of patients whose respiratory states were better than before and heart rates decreased obviously. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for treating the patients who suffered from COPD complicated with respiratory failure is remarkable. And the comprehensive, extensive and judgmatical nursing is critical to the treatment.
