输卵管结扎术和药物避孕的利弊对比研究

为了将输卵管结扎术和药物避孕的利弊进行比较,本文对我院采用输卵管结扎术和药物避孕的两组妇女进行多项指标的对比,这些指标包括:妊娠率、月经不调率、经期延长率、腰部不适率。研究表明,除经期延长率外,输卵管结扎术在各项指标上都优于口服药物避孕。因此,在选择避孕手段上,输卵管结扎术优于口服药物避孕。

Objective We aimed to research and compare the advantages and disadvantages in the tubal ligation and take anticonceptive orally. Methods Researching and compairing some indexes from those two groups of women：the tubal ligation group and the take anticonceptive orally group. And we copared the indexes as following：the rate of pregnancy, the rate of irregular menstruation, the rate of bradymenorrhea and the rate of unwell in the lumbar part. Result The tubal ligation is better than take anticonceptive orally in all of the indexes. Conclusion The tubal ligation is better than take anticonceptive orally when choosing the way of contraception.
