急诊内镜诊治Dieulafoy病48例分析

目的探讨Dieulafoy病的发病情况及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析48例Dieulafoy病的临床表现、诊治经过及疗效。结果17例经局部喷洒9例出血止,止血成功率53%。15例经注射HEL10例出血止,止血成功率67%。28例经钛夹夹闭24例出血止,止血成功率86%。结论内镜下钛夹夹闭治疗是Dieulafoy病的首选治疗方法。

Objective To study pathogenesy of bleeding Dieulafoy＇s lesions, and probe it＇s clinical feature and treatment. Methods Data from patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding submitted to endoscopy at our hospital from 2000 through 2008 were reviewed from Dieulafoy lesion. Results Nine cases were cured by local hemostatic spraying among 17 cases,Ten cases were cured by injecting with HEL among 15 cases.Twenty-four cases were cured by hemoclip hemostasis among 28 cases, Conclusion The endoscopic hemoclip hemostasis is the treatment of choice of Dieulafoy patients.
