假性湿疣误诊为尖锐湿疣24例临床分析

目的探讨分析假性湿疣误诊的原因。方法对我科门诊在其他医院误诊为尖锐湿疣的24例假性湿疣患者进行回顾性分析总结。结果本组误诊为尖锐湿疣的24例患者经醋酸白试验、组织病理学检查均确诊为假性湿疣。结论要减少假性湿疣误诊的关键在于掌握临床表现和病史,对于少数临床表现难以确诊的病例,还需进一步做实验室检查以减少误诊。

Objective To investigate the misdiagnosis reasons of pseudocondyloma of vulvae. Methods The 24 cases of pseudocondyloma that were misdiagnosed in the other hospitals were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients were diagnosed to pseudocondyloma of vulvae by the examination with 5% acetic acid and the histopathological examination. ConclusionThe key to reduce the misdiagnosis of pseudocondyloma of vulvae is to master the clinical manifestations and the disease history .If needed, the laboratory tests may be done for the patients.
