股骨髁解剖型钢板治疗股骨远端骨折

目的探讨应用股骨髁解剖型钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效及应用技巧。方法2002～2007年我院对25例股骨远端骨折应用解剖型钢板进行内固定治疗,其中男18例,女7例,年龄23～62岁,骨折按OA/OTA标准分型,A3型骨折4例、C1型骨折2例、C2型骨折16例、C3型骨折3例。术后进行功能锻炼和随访观察。结果所有骨折全部骨性愈合。功能恢复按Sanders标准优8例,良13例,中3例,差1例,优良率84%。结论解剖型钢板具有手术操作简单、固定可靠、可使患者早期活动膝关节、防止肌肉萎缩和关节僵硬等优点,是一种治疗股骨远端骨折的有效方法,可用于A3型和C型骨折的治疗。

Objective To explore the technique and clinical effects of distal femoral fractures using the anatomical plate of femoral condyles. Methods From the year 2002 to 2007, 25 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of the anatomical condylar plates. Of 25 cases,there were 18 males and 7 females aged 23 to 62 years. According OA/OTA classification 4 cases were classified as type A3, ＇2 cases as C~, 16 cases as C2 and 3 cases as C3. Results Fractures were united in all cases. According to the criteria of Sanders, the results were excellent in 8 cases, good in 13 cases, fair in 3 cases and poor in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 84. Conclusion The anatomical condylar plate is an effective method treating distal femoral fractures with the advantages of easily operatation and stable immobilization. It is beneficial to . early motion of knee joint and prevention of anchylosis and myatrophy.
