摘要
由于圆筒型直线永磁电动机结构上的特殊性及设计经验的积累还不够丰富,使得经典设计程序中的一些关键系数如计算极弧系数、漏磁系数、气隙系数无法准确得到。主要阐述基于有限元方法对这些系数进行求解,总结出圆筒型直线永磁电机重要系数的有限元求解方法。通过对比和实验,证明求解方法的准确性。
Because of the special structure of cylinder linear PM motor and the poor experience of design,a number of key coefficients such as pole-arc coefficient,flux leakage coefficient and air-gap coefficient in classic design programs can not be calculated accurately.In this paper,these coefficients were solved based on finite-element method,and then the method to solve the key coefficients of cylinder linear PM motor was summarized.By comparison and experiment,the accuracy of the method was proved.
