摘要 轴向磁场磁通切换永磁(Axial Field Flux-Switching Permanent Magnet,AFFSPM)电机是一种新型的盘式双凸极电机。以一台三相12/10极AFFSPM电机为例,在介绍其结构特点的基础上,采用全场域三维有限元分析方法,综合考虑感应电势和齿槽转矩两个方面,对该电机定子结构参数,包括定子齿宽、槽口宽及永磁体磁化厚度进行优化。对AFFSPM电机的进一步研究具有重要的实际意义。 Axial field flux-switching permanent magnet(AFFSPM) machine is a novel disk-type doubly-salient one.Taking a three-phase 12/10-pole AFFSPM motor as an example,the stator structure parameters including the widths of stator tooth and slot opening and the magnetization thickness of PM body were optimized by adopting 3D whole field finite-element analysis method on the basis of introducing its structural characteristics and considering EMF and cogging torque.It has important practical significance for further study of AFFSPM motor.
