摘要
利用有限元方法分析了TE波辐射下,超材料圆柱斗篷的电磁特性。发现当超材料的介电常数、磁导率和电导率偏离理论值0.5%时,斗篷外的电场发生了明显变化;当超材料的介电常数、磁导率和电导率为理论值时,不论在斗篷内放置什么特性的材料,也不论斗篷内壁上的边界条件如何,超材料圆柱斗篷都具有隐形作用。仿真结果与Cummer等人的结果进行了比较,证明了电磁模型的有效性。
Characteristics of metamaterial electromagnetic cloak with cylindrical volume under TE wave irradiation are analyzed using finite element method (FEM) . Computation results show that 0.5% deviation of the permittivity, permeability and conductivity from the parameters of the perfect cloak may affect the external electric-field distributions of the cloak greatly. The perfect cloak can exclude the electromagnetic fields from the internal region without perturbing the external fields, and therefore the different objects in it can be effectively invisible to the outer regions. Simulation results are compared with the results of Cummer et al and its validity is proven.
