Climate change is one of the hottest topics on the international agenda. Since Bali climate conference in 2007, negotiations have been carried out in order to achieve outcomes from two tracks under UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol at the end of 2009 in Copenhagen. With regard to the contents of the outcomes, there are deep and fundamental differences among parties. The article will explain the latest development of international climate negotiations, and outlook the outcomes of Copenhagen.
