我国能源贸易及其对经济可持续发展的影响

China Energy Trade and its Impact on Economic Sustainable Development

本文对我国能源贸易现状进行了分析,并通过选取污染气体排放量、GDP、国内能源消费、能源净出口等变量,采用矩阵方法对我国1985年至2007年间能源贸易对经济可持续发展的影响进行了定量化分析。研究认为,1985年至2007年间能源净出口对经济可持续发展具有重要的影响;同时,能源进口对于经济可持续发展所发挥的作用要大于出口。最后,给出了促进经济可持续发展的能源贸易政策建议。

The paper studies the issues of energy international trade of China. It quantitatively analyzes the impact of China energy international trade on economic sustainable development over the period of 1985 to 2007, by using a Matrix Analysis Method with the variables of pollutant gases emissions, GDP, domestic energy consumption, net export of energy, etc. The Results show that the net exported energy of China has greatly influenced economic sustainable development. The impact on economic sustainable development from energy import is more important than from energy export. In the end, the paper provides relevant policy suggestions.
