摘要
介绍了以DELPHI7.0为开发平台,通过对电子产品中机箱、机壳等类零部件的制造工艺技术进行研究,根据小批量、多样性、相似性的产品结构特点以及产品的性能、成本、制造周期、质量保证等要素要求,利用目测识别三维或二维图形这种人机对话形式进行编码,以此来判断不同类别零件在不同生产批量下的加工工艺途径,为工艺技术人员确定该类零件制造工艺方法提供技术支持。
In this paper, the development platform of DELPHI7.0 was introduced. And the process technology of the chassis parts and case parts in Electronic products was studied. According to the characteristics of low-volume, diversity, similarity in the product structure and the requirements on product performance, cost, manufacturing cycle and quality, the code was written using human-computer dialogue way of visual recognition technology for three-dimensional or two-dimensional graphics, so as to determine the process ways of different parts in different production quantities. This design can provide technical support to the technology staff to determine the manufacturing processes of these parts.
