摘要
基于模流分析软件Moldflow,对MPI/Cool冷却分析模块做了简要介绍,阐述了注塑模冷却系统的设计原则。对底座零件采用的不同类型冷却系统进行CAE分析,比较采用不同冷却系统时的翘曲变形、成型周期、制品冷却时间、制品最高温度等参数,通过对比分析,得到几种冷却系统中的最优者。
In this paper, the cooling analysis module of MPI/Cool was simply introduced based on Moldflow. Then the design principles for the cooling system of injection mold were described. After that CAE analysis on different types of cooling system was carried out. Meanwhile the parameters of warping deformation, molding cycle, freezing time and maximum temperature of product in each cooling systems were compared. By analyzing the parameters, the best cooling system is obtained.
