According to the defects of the conventional gas cutting method and gas cutting equipments, considering the combination of the accuracy improvement and multi-functional, we take magnetic design ideas and the multi-function magnetic shaping gas cutting machine, which is high precision, portable and operational easily was design. This machine adapts the gears and rack structures for the adjustable convenience. Meanwhile this machine used the design ideas of magnetic type. In the paper, its structure, characteristics and realization methods of various functions were introduced in detail.
