Research on the Composite Structure Design and Modular Technology for Large NC Vacuum Milling Fixture

对大型真空铣夹界定、材料选取、组合结构设计及模块化方案进行了分析说明,提出当前大型真空铣夹的设计思路,对大型真空铣夹的模块化问题进行了探索研究并提出解决方案。

In this paper, the definition for the large vacuum milling fixture, the material selection, design of the composite structure and the modular scheme was analyzed and explained. And then the design ideas for the current large vacuum milling fixture was brought up. Finally, this paper discussed the modular technology of the large vacuum milling fixture and proposed the solutions.
