HPLC测定傣药蔓荆叶中蔓荆子黄素的含量

HPLC determination of Vitexicarpin in Folium vitices

目的:测定傣药蔓荆叶中蔓荆子黄素的含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定蔓荆叶中蔓荆子黄素的含量。结果:蔓荆子黄素在0.0180～0.6180μg的范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;样品溶液在24h内稳定,日内精密度良好,RSD=0.70%;平均回收率为102.2%,RSD=1.52%。结论:所建立的方法专属性强、精密度好、结果准确,可用于蔓荆叶药材的质量控制。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of vitexicarpin in Folium viteces. Method： Agilent C18 （150mm ×4.6mm, 5.0μm）column was used, and the mohile phase of MeOH - H2o （55：45） ;The flow rate was 1 ml·min^-1 , and the detection wavelength was set at 348nm. Result： The linear range wasO. 0180 - 0.6180μg（ r = 0.9999） .The average recoveries 102.0%; RSD = 1.52% （n = 9） ; Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Folium vitice.
