摘要
1950年5月新婚姻法实行后,中国婚姻制度加速了从传统向现代的过渡,干部群体中结婚、离婚事件频发。由于人们往往按照传统价值标准评判干部婚姻问题,加之少数负心薄幸干部的严重负面效应,使社会民众形成了干部群体都是强迫婚姻或弃旧娶新的错误集体记忆。其实,干部婚姻问题既是长期战争期间累积后的补偿性爆发,也是新、旧婚姻制度转型时期的产物,大多数干部婚姻符合婚姻法,具有反封建的进步性,干部违法婚姻仅是极少数。
When the marriage law of China came into force in May, 1950, the cadre＇s marriage and divorce happened frequently. But people used to judge marriage issues from traditional views, and they improperly thought that the divorced cadres were immoral and their aim is to marry a new wife. In fact, it was normal that these marriage issues which had been accumulated in the war time surged up in the early stage of the new China. And the majority of cadre＇s marriages were legal and anti-feudalist. Only few cadres had got compulsory new marriage or divorce.
