担载苯乙酮希夫碱络合物的制备及其催化氧化异丙苯 被引量:1

Catalytic oxidation cumene by supported acetophenone Schiff base complexes

摘要 利用FT-IR,ICP及XPS对制备的氯甲基化聚苯乙烯(氯球)担载2,4-二羟基苯乙酮缩邻苯二胺型希夫碱金属络合物PS-DHA-DAB-M(M=Cu,Co,Ni,Mn)进行了表征,研究了其在常压条件下分子氧对异丙苯的催化氧化行为.结果表明,该反应的氧化产物为异丙苯过氧化氢(CHP)和2-苯基-2-丙醇(PP).4种络合物中,PS-DHA-DAB-Cu的催化活性最大,在383 K,催化剂用量∶异丙苯=5 mg∶2 mL,反应8 h,底物转化率可达41%,CHP,PP的选择性分别为76%和24%. Chloromethylated polystyrene supported 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone with 1,2-diaminobenzene schiff base metal complexes PS-DHA-DAB-M(M=Cu,Co,Ni and Mn,respectively)are prepared and characterized by FT-IR,ICP,XPS.Their abilities to catalytic oxidation of cumene with oxygen are studied.The main oxidation products are cumene hydroperoxide(CHP) and 2-phenyl-2-propanol(PP).In comparison with their catalytic activities,PS-DHA-DAB-Cu is a more effective catalyst for the oxidation of cumene and the conversion is 41%.The optimum condition of oxidation reaction is as followed., temperature 383 K, cat=sub = 5 mg:2 mL, 8 h. The selectivity for cumene CHP and PP are 76% and 24%, respectively.
