摘要 为提高煤矿运输系统运行的安全性和稳定性,结合实例,应用故障树法对矿井主要设备钢绳胶带系统的可靠性进行了全面系统的分析。通过分析造成系统故障的各种因素,确定系统故障原因的各种可能组合及关键因素。生产中应用该方法进行分析,可降低事故率,提高设备的安全性和效率。 To improve the safety and reliability of mine transportation system ,fault tree method is applied to give full and comprehensive analyzing on the reliability of steel-rope belt conveyor system, which functions as the key equipment for coal mine. All probable combination of system faults and key factors were determined according to analysing the factors inducing the system faults. The application of this technique during production process is able to cut down the fault rate and improves the safety and efficiency of equipment.
