摘要 回转窑是水泥厂的关键设备之一,重达几百吨,而回转窑的运转和重量全靠托轮支撑及定位,托轮质量的好坏直接影响到整个回转窑的运转。本文介绍了托轮的失效形式,形成的原因以及几种失效形式的处理方法。 Rotary kiln is one of main equipments in cement plants, weighs hundreds of tons, and its running and weight rely on the supporting and positioning of supporting roller, so the quality of supporting roller directly influences on the running of the whole rotary kiln. The paper introduces the invalidation form of supporting roller, its form causes and several solution to invalidation form as well.
