摘要
棠浦煤矿开采急倾斜煤层,一直采用走向短壁采煤方法。2008年进行了采煤方法改革,推广应用伪倾斜柔性掩护支架采煤方法,减少了采区工作面个数,减轻了工人劳动强度,降低了万吨掘进率,提高了工效和煤炭资源回收率,顶板管理得到了较大改善。
Shortwall caving method along the strike had been adopted in mining steep seam in Tangpu Colliery. In 2008, mining methods were reformed, and slanting protective shield with flexible mesh has been widely used since then, which reduced the pieces of working face in stoping area and the miners' working intensity, lowered 10,000 tons of drivage ratio and improved the working efficiency, the coal resources recovery ratio and the roof administration.
