国外甘蔗品种主要病虫害检疫及分子检测 被引量:6

Quarantine and Molecular Detection for Quarantine Pest on Exotic Sugarcane Varieties

摘要 严格按照国际标准检疫程序要求,对从澳大利亚、法国、菲律宾引进的32个甘蔗品种/材料在昆明专用甘蔗检疫温室,进行了两个生长周期的病虫疫情监测,未发现疫情;并利用已建立的分子检测技术进行了甘蔗斐济病、白条病检测,结果均呈阴性,符合标准和要求,从而确保了国际合作甘蔗品种交换的顺利开展。 Disease epidemic and insects damage were not discovered through observing inspection on 32 sugarcane varieties from Australia, France and Philippines within two growth cycles in Yunnan Kunming quarantine greenhouse according to quarantine program of international standards. Further, molecular detection of sugarcane Fiji disease and leaf scald were fulfilled by using established detection system, the detection results showed that all sugarcane varieties indicated negative reaction. Both quarantine inspection and molecular detection results revealed that all tested samples meet the importation standards and requirements hence secure international sugarcane varieties exchange.
