摘要
采用分布在黄牛基因组15条染色体上的15个微卫星标记对迪庆黄牛60个样品进行了群体遗传变异检测分析。共检测到63个等位基因,每个座位的等位基因数从2~6不等,有效等位基因数在2.0000~4.0000之间,平均每个座位等位基因数(4.2000±0.8619)个,有效等位基因数(3.5529±0.5312)个,群体平均表观杂合度、期望杂合度及平均多态信息含量分别为0.9958±0.0161,0.7098±0.0637和0.6573±0.0851。结果表明,迪庆黄牛群体遗传变异丰富。
Genetic diversity of 60 individuals from Diqing yellow cattle was evaluated by using 15 microsatellite markers which located on the 15 chromosomes of cattle. A total number of 63 alleles were found and the number of alleles per loci varied from 2 to 6. The number of effective alleles per loci was from 2. 000 0 to 4. 000 0. The mean allele number, effective allele number, observed heterozygosity, expected heterozygosity and polymorphism information content were 4. 200 0 ± 0. 861 9, 3.552 9 ± 0. 531 2, 0. 995 8 ±0. 016 1, 0. 709 8 ±0. 063 7 and 0. 657 3 ±0. 085 1, respectively. The results indicated that there was relatively rich genetic variation in the Diqing yellow cattle population.
