鱼鳃霉病实验室诊断方法的建立

摘要 利用显微镜观察和霉菌分离培养技术建立了鱼鳃霉病的实验室诊断方法,并对31份疑似临床样品进行了检测,共检出鳃霉病14例。结果表明,所建立的诊断方法简单、实用,可用于鱼鳃霉病的诊断、流行病学调查、进出境检疫和对鳃霉菌的实验室研究。 The laboratory diagnostic method for branchiomycosis of fish and culture technique of mildew combined with transmission microscope was developed tected, and in which fourteen cases were positive. The results suggested using isolation Thirty one samples were dethat the method was simple and practical, and which could be used for clinical diagnosis, epidemiologic survey, import-exit quarantine and laboratory research of branchiomycosis.
