Research on Flow Field and Dynamical Characteristic in Centrifugal Pump

摘要 采用CFD软件在多参考坐标系下,利用有限体积法对雷诺时均N-S方程进行数值离散,选用标准κ-ε湍流模型与SIMPLEC方法求解,对某新型离心泵进行了叶轮蜗壳耦合三维定常湍流数值模拟,捕捉到了离心泵叶轮内的压力分布、速度分布等重要流动信息,计算了不同流量工况下水泵叶轮受力特性以及水泵能量和空化性能,并与试验方法进行对比,两者基本吻合,从而验证了计算结果的可靠性,为离心泵泵壳和叶轮的水力及优化设计等研究具有重要的指导意义。 Numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulent flow through a new centrifugal pump was conducted on the basis of Reynolds equations closed by standard K-e turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm with general coordinates. The impeller-volute coupling characteristics were simulated by using CFD software for finite volume method. Multiple reference frame (MRF) was used to consider the rotor-stator interaction. The results showed the detail of flow field and dynamical characteristic of the impeller. The efficiency and cavitation performances were predicted quantitatively. Through compared with the experiment results, the calculations were in agreements with them. It can be coneluded that the results are able to provide important guidance for the hydraulic design of the centrifugal pump or its optimization.
