摘要
用放线菌769发酵液处理水稻植株,测定水稻叶片中主要防御酶活性的变化,初步从酶学水平探讨了放线菌769发酵液对水稻的抗性诱导机制。结果表明:769菌株发酵液处理水稻可引起水稻体内防御酶发生明显变化,可抑制过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,提高过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性。以发酵液原液的作用效果最为显著。
The rice leaves were treated with Actinomycetes 769 fermentation products in this research. Then main defense enzyme activities were measured and analyzed at different growth phases. The results showed that Actinomycetes 769 fermentation products could induce significant changes of rice defense enzyme activities, inhibiting catalase (CAT) activity and increasing the activity of peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL). The original fermentation products had the most significant effect on defense enzymes activity. It indicated that the fermentation products of Actinomycetes 769 have not only the direct antagonistic activity but they can also strengthen disease resistance through defense enzyme activity induction.
