摘要
以黑穗醋栗的3个杂交组合为试材,分析了各组合亲本和后代的果实性状(果重、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、有机酸含量)。结果表明:黑穗醋栗杂交组合后代果重(均值)均小于相应母本(均值),基因效应中非加性效应占优势。果重变异系数为20.07%,变异系数较小且变异幅度不大。黑穗醋栗各组合杂交后代可溶性固形物含量与亲中值相比差异不大,表现为趋中变异的特性。固形物变异系数为11.32%,变异系数较小且变异幅度不大。黑穗醋栗各组合杂交后代有机酸含量(均值)普遍高于亲本(均值),从变异范围来看,3个组合变异幅度差别不大,变异幅度最大的组合为不劳得×乌苏里,极大值与极小值相差3.41倍。
Three blackcurrant cross combinations were used for studying the trends of inheritance of main characters of blackcurrant fruit by analyzing the characters (fruit weight, solid content, organic acids and reductive sugar in fruit)of the parents and their progenies. The results were as follows: fruit weights of hybrid progenies were smaller than their female parents, and genetic effect was non-additive effect. The variance coefficient of fruit weight was 20.07 %, and it was smaller. Solid contents of hybrid progenies had little difference to mid-parent value, which showed a trend in the variation. The variance coefficient of solid contents was 11.32 %, and it was smaller. Organic acids of hybrid progenies were higher than their parents, and variance ranges in 3 blank currant cross combinations had little difference. And the cross combination of the largest variance range was "bulaode × wusuli"and the maximum value was 3.41 higher than that of the minimum value.
