越橘组培苗遗传稳定性研究 被引量:10

摘要 利用流式细胞仪对经过多次继代培养繁殖的越橘组培苗进行倍性鉴定,并对组培苗后代田间生物学特性进行调查。结果表明:经过几十次至上百次继代的越橘组培苗仍保持原有的二倍体倍性,倍性稳定。移栽至田间栽培生产后,单株间的枝条生长量、叶片与果实等性状与对照差异不显著,没有出现后代变异。茎段组织培养方法可用于越橘组培苗木生产和种质资源离体保存。 Flow cytometry was used for blueberry ploidy determination. These blueberries have been cultured many times in vitro. The results showed: Blueberry ploidy didn't change after hundreds of successive tissue culture. After the plants in vitro were transplanted into field, through the comparison of the growth and characters of leaves and fruits, blueberry in vitro is not distinguishable from the cutting. These results indicated blueberry in tissue culture were of genetic stability. So the tissue culture plants of blueberry are available for commercial production and conservation.
