摘要
采用微波消解前处理样品、电感耦合等离子体质谱检测的方法,测定了长春、庄河、威海3个地区的越橘果园土壤和果实中重金属元素Pb、Cd、Hg、As的含量,并将测定结果与国家标准中的相关标准值进行了分析比较。结果表明:3个采样地点的果实中重金属元素Pb、Cd、Hg和As的含量均小于标准值,土壤中只有长春(吉林农业大学小浆果基地)园土Cd的含量稍大于标准限值,受到Cd元素的轻度污染。相关性分析结果表明土壤重金属元素之间、土壤和果实中重金属元素之间有一定相关性。
The blueberries in Changchun, Zhuanghe and Weihai were prepared by microwave, and 4 heavy metals including Pb, Cd, Hg and As were determined by ICP- MS. The results showed that the content of Pb, Cd, Hg and As in fruit was lower than the industry standard. The content of Cd in soil of JLAU was higher than the industry standard, indicating that it was a little light pollution. There were correlations among various heavy metal element contents in the orchard soil and there was also correlation between heavy metal element contents of soil and fruit.
