摘要
以东方百合‘Sorbonne’为试材,采用预处理液3%蔗糖+250 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐+120 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)对其进行保鲜效应研究。结果表明:用含赤霉素的预处理液处理百合切花,能延长其瓶插寿命,增加花枝鲜重、花瓣中可溶性蛋白质的含量和保护酶活性,减少花瓣中丙二醛(MDA)的积累,维持膜结构的相对稳定性,并对百合切花叶片有较好的保绿效果。
In this experiment, oriental lily variety ' Sorbonne' was pretreated with 3% sucrose + 250 mg/L 8 - HQC + 120 rag/ L gibberellic acid ( GA3 ), and then the fresh - keeping effects were investigated. The results indicated that the pretreatment solution containing GAz could prolong the vase life ; increase the fresh weight of flower branches, soluble protein content and protective enzyme activity in the petal; decrease the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the petal; maintain the stability of cell membrane. It was also effective in preventing leaf yellowing.
